Child and Family Protection Program (CFPP)
Start Date : 4th March 2026
End Date : 4th March 2026
The project "Enhancing the Safety and Well-being of Children at High Risk of Protection Concerns" responds to the increasing needs of children affected by crises in the Gaza Strip, particularly those facing severe protection risks.
Wefaq Association for Women and Child Care is implementing this project with funding from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, in partnership with the International Rescue Committee. The project targets the most vulnerable children in areas affected by conflict and harsh humanitarian conditions.
The project aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for children by offering comprehensive protection services that include psychosocial support, recreational and educational activities, awareness sessions, and referrals for cases requiring specialized interventions. This approach enhances their psychosocial well-being and helps empower them to overcome the challenges they face.
